What are Eyelash Extensions?
Our Eyelash Extensions are synthetic hair of varing length, thickness and curl that are attached to each of your individual eyelashes with a special bonding adhesive. They are natural looking and the style is customizable. They will add length, thickness, and fullness that can’t be achieved with traditional mascara or makeup.
How long do the Eyelash Extensions last?
Eyelash extensions are an ongoing service.
How long does it take to apply a full set of Eyelash Extensions?
A full application will take between 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the type of inital set. The service is never to be rushed. This is a very tedious, time-consuming procedure when done properly. We isolate each natural eyelash and adhere one extension or a hand-man fan of multiple extensions. The results are definitely worth it!
What do I need to do to prepare for my first eyelash appointment?
Please set aside at least 2 hours for your Classic full set lash appointment, 2.5 hours for Blended full set lash appointment, or 3 hours for Volume full set lash appointment.
How old do I have to be to receive a service?
All clients must be 18 years or older, 16 years old with parental consent (new client form must be signed by parent). We do not perform services on anyone under the age of 16.
Cancellation Policy
We require Credit Card information to reserve your appointment. You may cancel your appointment without charge any time prior to 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service. If you NO SHOW for your appointment, you will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service. If you are late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day or performed in full. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be marked as a no-show and you will be charged 50% of the service. New clients that book a fill and the extensions are stuck together or less than 50% and we are unable to fill, the appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the booked service. ALL FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE BOOKING ANOTHER APPOINTMENT.
